Kruuse foam dressing is a non adhesive dressing. Made from a highly adsorbent foam wound covering with a bacterial proof microporous thin foam backing. The dressing structure allows the wound to breath by allowing oxygen in and transferring moisture away from the wound. This dressing creates an environment that stimulates autolytic debridement and wound healing whilst providing a moist wound environment

Kruuse foam dressings are suited to the following wounds

1. Wounds with moderate levels of exudate
2. Flat or shallow wounds
3. Moderately infected/contaminated wounds

• Non adherent – minimises disruption to tissues on removal and therefore minimises pain at dressing changes
