Returns, Replacement and Refund Policy

Complete Horse Health’s policy is to provide horse owners and carers with the best health care products for their horses. We take great care in selecting products that we truly believe should meet your every need.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee (less shipping charges) and will happily refund the original purchase price providing the goods are unused, undamaged complete with original packaging and in saleable condition.

If you receive a faulty product from us or the product is damaged in transit to you, return the product and packaging within 7 days of purchase and we will inspect the product. If we agree that the product is faulty or transit damaged and unlikely to have been caused through abnormal use then we will replace the product with an identical product at the expense of Complete Horse Health or refund the purchase price to the customer credit card according to customer instruction

In the case of Non Faulty goods returned to Complete Horse Health we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of AU$10 or 15% of purchase price (whichever is greater) from the purchase price or return the goods to the customer at the customers expense.

All costs incurred in returning the product to Complete Horse Health will be borne by the customer.

To return a product please email Complete Horse health with your full name, contact details and invoice number to arrange a product return authorisation.
