Cetrigen is an antiseptic wound spray useful in the treatment of superficial cuts and scrapes. It also contains to insectasides to repel insects from the wound area and therefore minimise secondary wound contamination. The purple dye helps with visualisation for application

It is a great addition to any first aid kit

Active ingredients are

1. Cetrimidine 1mg/g which is an antiseptic compound that inhibits the growth of bacteria.
2. Di-N-propyl isocinchomeronate 20mg/g and Diethyltoluamide 40mg/g both highly effective insect repellants

Cetrogen is formulated as a first aid treatment for minor scrapes and injuries. The wound should be cleaned with running water of any dirt and debris. The spray is then applied lightly to the wound from a distance of 10 cm.

Cetrigen can be applied to areas after surgical procedures as an effective insect repellent. Always check with your veterinarian first before applying to any surgical site.

If the wound is more than a light scrape or is not healing then veterinary assistance should be sought immediately. If skin irritation occurs discontinue use and contact a Veterinarian.

Store at room temperature (below 30oC)
